Position Overview

We are seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to support data-driven decision-making across logistics, inventory control, finance, and quality operations. This role is instrumental in developing and maintaining performance metrics, dashboards, and operational reports—leveraging Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, and Zoho Analytics, while supplementing analysis with Excel and automation tools.

You will work cross-functionally with departments including Logistics, Quality Assurance, and Finance, and must demonstrate strong data acumen, technical proficiency, and a process-improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, analyze, and visualize operational and financial data from Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, and Zoho Analytics.
• Build supplementary Excel tools and models to support deeper analysis and reporting.
• Develop and automate dashboards, KPIs, and data reports segmented by branch location and business division.
• Collaborate with the Logistics and Quality teams to evaluate shipment photos and incident data for compliance and accuracy.
• Integrate data from third-party platforms including Samsara, fuel card systems, TMS, and Insperity HR reports.
• Provide regular insights and recommendations to support logistics performance, inventory management, and customer experience.
• Lead the development of repeatable reporting processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a data analytics or operations support role.
• Proficiency in Zoho Suite: Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, and Zoho Analytics (required).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, formulas, data modeling).
• Experience with TMS, Samsara, and fuel card data systems (preferred).
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Insperity for extracting workforce data.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and visualization skills (charts, dashboards, presentations).
• Experience with AI tools for automation is a strong plus.
