Job&nbsp;Title:&nbsp;Government&nbsp;Relations&nbsp;Manager&nbsp;Location:&nbsp;Riyadh&nbsp;-&nbsp;Saudi&nbsp;ArabiaDepartment:&nbsp;Government&nbsp;Relations&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Public&nbsp;AffairsReports&nbsp;To:&nbsp;Director&nbsp;of&nbsp;Government&nbsp;AffairsJob&nbsp;Type:&nbsp;Full-Time&nbsp;Job&nbsp;Summary:&nbsp;<ul><li>The&nbsp;Government&nbsp;Relations&nbsp;Manager&nbsp;will&nbsp;serve&nbsp;as&nbsp;the&nbsp;primary&nbsp;liaison&nbsp;between&nbsp;the&nbsp;company&nbsp;and&nbsp;governmental&nbsp;entities,&nbsp;ensuring&nbsp;alignment&nbsp;with&nbsp;regulatory&nbsp;frameworks&nbsp;and&nbsp;advancing&nbsp;organizational&nbsp;objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>This&nbsp;role&nbsp;involves&nbsp;strategic&nbsp;advocacy,&nbsp;relationship&nbsp;management,&nbsp;and&nbsp;overseeing&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;to&nbsp;drive&nbsp;business&nbsp;growth&nbsp;in&nbsp;line&nbsp;with&nbsp;Saudi&nbsp;Arabia’s&nbsp;Vision&nbsp;2030.</li></ul>Key&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Strategic&nbsp;Advocacy&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Representation&nbsp;</li><li>Act&nbsp;as&nbsp;the&nbsp;company’s&nbsp;spokesperson&nbsp;in&nbsp;high-level&nbsp;governmental&nbsp;discussions,&nbsp;industry&nbsp;forums,&nbsp;and&nbsp;legislative&nbsp;consultations&nbsp;to&nbsp;effectively&nbsp;communicate&nbsp;corporate&nbsp;positions.</li><li>Represent&nbsp;the&nbsp;organization&nbsp;before&nbsp;key&nbsp;governmental&nbsp;bodies,&nbsp;including&nbsp;ministries&nbsp;and&nbsp;regulatory&nbsp;authorities&nbsp;(e.g.,&nbsp;Ministry&nbsp;of&nbsp;Municipality,&nbsp;Commerce,&nbsp;Labor,&nbsp;Transportation).</li><li>Collaborate&nbsp;with&nbsp;authorities&nbsp;to&nbsp;shape&nbsp;government&nbsp;legislations&nbsp;and&nbsp;policies&nbsp;impacting&nbsp;the&nbsp;company’s&nbsp;operations.</li><li>Compliance&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Licensing&nbsp;</li><li>Secure&nbsp;critical&nbsp;licenses&nbsp;and&nbsp;permits&nbsp;for&nbsp;construction,&nbsp;excavation,&nbsp;and&nbsp;business&nbsp;operations&nbsp;(e.g.,&nbsp;store&nbsp;licenses,&nbsp;FDA&nbsp;approvals).</li><li>Monitor&nbsp;and&nbsp;update&nbsp;company&nbsp;policies&nbsp;to&nbsp;reflect&nbsp;amendments&nbsp;in&nbsp;regulations,&nbsp;terms,&nbsp;and&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;requirements.</li><li>Stakeholder&nbsp;Engagement&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Relationship&nbsp;Building</li><li>Build&nbsp;and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;strong&nbsp;partnerships&nbsp;with&nbsp;ministries,&nbsp;agencies,&nbsp;and&nbsp;industry&nbsp;stakeholders&nbsp;to&nbsp;resolve&nbsp;regulatory&nbsp;challenges.</li><li>Engage&nbsp;stakeholders&nbsp;to&nbsp;enhance&nbsp;brand&nbsp;awareness&nbsp;and&nbsp;facilitate&nbsp;business&nbsp;development&nbsp;opportunities.</li><li>Digital&nbsp;Government&nbsp;Affairs&nbsp;Management</li><li>Oversee&nbsp;digital&nbsp;platforms&nbsp;such&nbsp;as&nbsp;GOSI,&nbsp;Moqeem,&nbsp;Ministry&nbsp;of&nbsp;Labor,&nbsp;and&nbsp;Ministry&nbsp;of&nbsp;Foreign&nbsp;Affairs&nbsp;systems.</li><li>Supervise&nbsp;the&nbsp;government&nbsp;correspondence&nbsp;system,&nbsp;ensuring&nbsp;timely&nbsp;and&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;communication.</li><li>Operational&nbsp;Excellence&nbsp;</li><li>Deliver&nbsp;projects&nbsp;within&nbsp;budget&nbsp;and&nbsp;timeframe&nbsp;targets&nbsp;while&nbsp;adhering&nbsp;to&nbsp;regulatory&nbsp;standards.</li><li>Document&nbsp;procedures,&nbsp;policies,&nbsp;and&nbsp;decisions&nbsp;in&nbsp;collaboration&nbsp;with&nbsp;internal&nbsp;and&nbsp;external&nbsp;stakeholders.</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s&nbsp;degree&nbsp;in&nbsp;Public&nbsp;Policy,&nbsp;Law,&nbsp;Business&nbsp;Administration,&nbsp;or&nbsp;a&nbsp;related&nbsp;field.</li><li>5+&nbsp;years&nbsp;of&nbsp;experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;government&nbsp;relations,&nbsp;public&nbsp;affairs,&nbsp;or&nbsp;regulatory&nbsp;compliance.</li><li>Proven&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;in&nbsp;Saudi&nbsp;Arabia’s&nbsp;regulatory&nbsp;environment&nbsp;and&nbsp;Vision&nbsp;2030&nbsp;initiatives.</li><li>Strong&nbsp;negotiation,&nbsp;communication,&nbsp;and&nbsp;interpersonal&nbsp;skills.</li><li>Ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;manage&nbsp;multiple&nbsp;priorities&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;fast-paced&nbsp;environment.</li><li>Fluency&nbsp;in&nbsp;Arabic&nbsp;and&nbsp;English&nbsp;(written&nbsp;and&nbsp;spoken).</li></ul>Preferred&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>Master’s&nbsp;degree&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;relevant&nbsp;discipline.</li><li>Experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;construction,&nbsp;real&nbsp;estate,&nbsp;or&nbsp;large-scale&nbsp;project&nbsp;sectors.</li><li>Certification&nbsp;in&nbsp;public&nbsp;policy,&nbsp;government&nbsp;relations,&nbsp;or&nbsp;compliance.</li></ul>&nbsp;Why&nbsp;Join&nbsp;Us?<ul><li>Lead&nbsp;impactful&nbsp;initiatives&nbsp;aligned&nbsp;with&nbsp;national&nbsp;development&nbsp;goals.</li><li>Collaborate&nbsp;with&nbsp;top-tier&nbsp;government&nbsp;and&nbsp;industry&nbsp;leaders.</li><li>Competitive&nbsp;benefits&nbsp;and&nbsp;opportunities&nbsp;for&nbsp;professional&nbsp;growth.</li></ul>
