I'm a multi-skilled project manager holding a Bachelor’s Degree in architecture and environmental design from Arab Academy For Science, Technology And Maritime, Egypt and an MBA from the University of South-Wales UK. I am fluent in English, Arabic and French. I'm well experienced in construction, high end interior design, royal events project management plus event management. I have 8 years as Construction Manager with Orascom, Egypt, one of the biggest multinational construction companies in the Middle East and 2 years in Bahrain in interior design and high end finishes. Most of my experience in construction was on sites either civil works (excavation and structural concrete etc...) and finishes (fitting out) work. My role was to ensure the delivery of the project as per the time schedule to the client with the highest quality within the agreed project budget to the client by coordinating between the different departments, including planning, contracts, technical office and shop drawings, document control and consultant inspections / approvals. During my tenure at Orascom, I worked on four megaprojects : Mall of Egypt for Majid Al Futtaim , and three other mega projects owned by the Egyptian military at the modern capital and modern Alamein cities). Just before the tumultuous events of Covid hit, I relocated to Bahrain to continue developing my project management skills. 6-7 months later, I joined (Ammar Basheir Creative Studio) and worked there as a project manager for 18 months working on high end interior design projects and private royal events. I then joined Red Scarf Agency, an event management company as a Business Director, using my construction and architectural background, creating and delivering high end events. In January 2023, I joined Sawa Services an events management company, as General Manager organizing exhibitions. I am now seeking to explore an opportunity with a well-established construction/oil & gas company in the region where I can continue to utilise my project management expertise and bring added value with a strong team ethic.
