About the Role
We are looking for a self-driven Sales Account Manager to grow our cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and AI-powered digital transformation business across the UAE. You'll work directly with business owners and decision-makers, helping them become more secure, efficient, and future-ready; while building a rewarding, high-earning sales career.
What You'll Do
- Generate and qualify B2B leads for cybersecurity and AI-driven business solutions across the UAE market
- Present and demo solutions to business owners and decision-makers
- Own the full sales cycle, prospecting, negotiation, closing, and client follow-up
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
What You Bring
- 8 to 10+ years of B2B/corporate sales experience in Cybersecurity and IT solutions and services within the UAE
- An active sales pipeline of existing client base within UAE
- Currently based in Dubai/UAE with valid UAE residency
- Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Business, IT, Technology, or related field
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a commission-based structure
- Passion and willingness to grow with the Business and lead the team in future
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills; Arabic is a plus
- Organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Compensation
Fixed base + uncapped, high commission structure. Full details shared with shortlisted candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per month
