Brighton and Newhaven fish

This position is working for Brighton and Newhaven fish sales, one of the leading suppliers of fresh fish and seafood on the south coast.

We currently supply around 250 Restaurants, Hotels and shops with fresh and frozen seafood and we are looking for an production operative to help us with the production of these orders.

5 shifts a week, Sunday to Thursday evening. (FRIDAY & SATURDAY OFF)

6pm – 1am (Roughly 35 hours a week + overtime available)

This role includes:

- Transferring customer orders from answerphone system and inputting on bespoke computer system using AI for production team to process.

- Contacting Customers by telephone if alternative product is required to send.

- Helping production team to pick orders in factory and ensuring standards are met.

- Excellent English

- Competent IT skills

- Good problem solving skills and common sense

- Customer service experience

- Good listening skills essential
