Job Overview
J&G Unlimited LLC is seeking a meticulous and highly organised File Clerk to join our team in Doylestown. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's records, ensuring that all physical and digital documents are accurately filed, stored, and easily accessible. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain an efficient filing system for both paper and electronic documents.
- Sort, classify, and file correspondence, records, and other materials according to established procedures.
- Retrieve files and documents as requested by staff in a timely manner.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all company records and sensitive information.
- Perform regular audits of the filing system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Scan, copy, and digitise paper documents to maintain electronic records.
- Assist with data entry and updating information in company databases.
- Manage the archiving and disposal of records in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role such as a File Clerk, Records Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a methodical approach to tasks.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment.
- Familiarity with different filing systems (e.g., alphabetical, numerical, chronological).
- Strong understanding of data protection and confidentiality principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also collaborate effectively within a team.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
