Own end-to-end quality for assigned products and releases.
Act as the single point of accountability for QA sign-off.
Define and execute test strategies and plans aligned with Agile delivery cycles.
Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and exploratory testing.

Ensure coverage across:

Web applications (UI, workflows, edge cases)
Mobile Apps
Backend services and APIs
End-to-end and AI-driven workflows
Own the defect lifecycle — logging, triage, tracking, and closure.
Lead defect triage and proactively identify systemic quality risks.
Design, build, and maintain web and Mobile App automation frameworks.
Integrate automated regression suites into CI/CD pipelines.
Drive release readiness, including risk assessment and final QA sign-off.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and stakeholders.
Influence go/no-go release decisions with clear quality reporting.

8+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering.
Takes full ownership of quality & Can work independently
Makes the final decision before release
Is strong in automation framework building
Is strong in using Claude Code or any other AI Tool
Is confident enough to say “Go / No-Go” for production release
Proven experience independently owning QA across multiple releases.
Strong expertise in QA fundamentals (test design, risk assessment, defect management).
Hands-on experience with web and Mobile App test automation frameworks (Playwright/Cypress, Appium or similar).
Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server
Hands-on experience with Claude Code to generate the automation script or any other AI tool like Chat GPT
Experience building or extending automation frameworks (not just writing scripts).
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD environments.
Ability to confidently drive release sign-off decisions.
Use of Charles Proxy, JMeter

8+ years (Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Testing Practice in the software industry, Mobile App Testing and Automation)
