Bartender - Jive

Job Overview:

Milford Hospitality Group is a premier operator of first-class hotels and restaurants located in Milford, Pennsylvania. Our portfolio of properties encompasses all levels of service ranging from white tablecloth fine dining establishments, high-end event spaces and 4-star luxury hotels to trendy garage bar concepts.

We are currently seeking a part-time, experienced bartender, Friday and Saturday nights. Responsibilities include:

• Preparation and service of alcoholic drinks, wine, beer and soft drinks as requested.
• Preparation of specialty drinks in accordance with recipes.
• Preparation of fruits and garnishes.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar.

Maintain stock of liquor and other bar supplies

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• RAMP certification
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
