Job Description

• 4–6 years as a Business/System Analyst in Agile environments
  
• Strong Jira expertise:
  • Project/board setup, workflows, schemes, custom fields, and permissions
    
  • JQL, filters, dashboards, gadgets, burndown/velocity, control charts
    
  • Test management via Zephyr/Xray (test cases, cycles, executions, traceability)
    
• QA/Testing fundamentals:
  • STLC, test design techniques, UAT coordination, defect lifecycle, RCA
    
  • Defining clear acceptance criteria and ensuring story/test traceability
    
• Requirements engineering: user stories, use cases, BRD/FRD; prioritization (MoSCoW/WSJF).
  
• Process modeling: BPMN/UML, swimlanes, sequence and activity diagrams; wireframes (nice-to-have).
  
• Data and integration:
  • SQL for validation; API basics (REST/JSON), Postman/Swagger; data mapping.
    
• Communication and facilitation: workshops, demos, backlog grooming, stakeholder management.
  
• Analytical/problem-solving mindset; attention to detail and outcome orientation.
