We are seeking an Experienced Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the UAE real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong client network. You will be responsible for managing property listings, leading sales and leasing transactions, and guiding clients through the full buying, selling, and investment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle property listings, sales, and leasing transactions independently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on current property trends and pricing.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Coordinate property viewings and handle client inquiries professionally.
• Represent the company at events, open houses, and client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker in Dubai.
• Deep understanding of the UAE real estate laws and transaction process.
• Proven sales record and a strong database of clients and listings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
