Full Stack Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Senior Full Stack Engineering Lead who can lead engineering teams and work on scalable, cloud-based applications.

• Employment Type: 3-6 months extendable
• Notice period: 30 days maximum

🔹 Technical Skills

Full Stack Development

• Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python
• React and Next.js
• REST APIs, GraphQL and event-driven architecture
• Microservices and modular architecture
• SQL & NoSQL databases
• Data modelling and query optimisation

Cloud & DevOps

• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Azure DevOps
• Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform or Pulumi
• Docker & Kubernetes
• Blue-green and canary deployment strategies
• Strong expertise in AWS, Azure or GCP
• Working knowledge of the other major cloud platforms

Observability & Reliability

• Logging, metrics and distributed tracing
• Alerting and monitoring
• SLOs and service reliability
• Incident management and production support

Experience

• 10+ years engineering, including 3+ years leading teams
• Client-facing or consulting delivery experience preferred
• Exposure to regulated or government-sector engagements is a plus
• Pre-sales exposure: solutioning, estimation, proposal support
