About the Role

Qyula Narratives is looking for a video editor who understands cinematic storytelling—not just editing software.

You’ll shape micro-dramas and short-form narrative content through strong pacing, emotional depth, tension, sound design and cinematic reveals.

What We’re Looking For

* Experience editing micro-dramas and short-form narrative content

* Strong teaser and trailer editing skills

* A sharp sense of pacing, tension, emotion and cinematic storytelling

* Ability to create effective sound design and cinematic reveals

* Genuine interest in sci-fi, mystery, creature films and cinematic universes

* Ability to combine live-action footage with AI-generated shots into cohesive cinematic sequences

* Basic prompt-engineering skills for AI image- and video-generation tools

Required Tools

* Adobe Premiere Pro

* Adobe After Effects

* Adobe Photoshop

* AI image- and video-generation tools

Ideal Candidate

You should actively watch and understand sci-fi. We’re looking for someone who knows how the genre should look, sound and feel—and can translate that understanding into compelling edits.
