Junior Video Editor & Motion Graphics

We are seeking a talented and versatile Junior Video Editor, Motion Graphics Artist, and AI Content Creator to bring our visual storytelling to life. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of video editing principles, motion graphic design, visual effects, and emerging AI creative tools. You will play a key role in producing engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production: Edit raw footage into polished, compelling content for marketing, social media (Reels/TikTok/YouTube), websites, and internal communications.
• AI Content Generation: Leverage AI generation tools to create custom videos, photos, and visual assets tailored to specific project needs and creative briefs.
• Motion Graphics & VFX: Create dynamic motion graphics and implement visual effects to elevate production value.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns strictly with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Platform Optimization: Optimize video exports for various platforms (aspect ratios, codecs) and adhere to social media posting guidelines.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management apps to ensure deadlines are met.
• Asset Management: Organize and archive video assets, AI-generated files, project files, and stock libraries efficiently.

Qualifications

• Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is mandatory. Familiarity with Adobe Firefly or other integrated AI tools is a strong plus.
• AI Generation Skills: Hands-on experience utilizing text-to-video, text-to-image, and generative AI platforms to supplement project requirements and streamline production.
• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of codecs, rendering, audio mixing, and color correction.
• Copyright Knowledge: Strong understanding of licensing for stock footage, music, SFX, fonts, and the legal/ethical use of AI-generated assets.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
