Job Summary

DizitalAdda Group is looking for a Placement & Corporate Relations Manager to manage student placements and develop strong relationships with companies, HR professionals and recruiters.

The candidate will handle placements across our brands:

• DizitalAdda – Digital Marketing
• Nidads – Data Science & Data Analytics
• Nigape – Generative AI & Prompt Engineering
• NIHACS – Cyber Security & Ethical Hacking

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills and preferably have experience in placement, recruitment, HR, corporate relations or career services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare students for interviews and conduct mock interviews.
• Help students create and improve their CVs and LinkedIn profiles.
• Understand student skills and match them with relevant job opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, selections and joining.
• Build relationships with HRs, recruiters and hiring managers.
• Generate new corporate tie-ups and placement opportunities.
• Organize placement drives and recruitment activities.
• Maintain company and HR/recruiter databases.
• Track student placement status and prepare regular reports.

Placement Domains

Digital Marketing: SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, E-commerce

Data & Analytics: Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Science, BI, Analytics

AI: Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, LLM, AI Automation, NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning

Cyber Security: SOC, Ethical Hacking, VAPT, Penetration Testing, Information Security

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in Placement, Recruitment, HR, Corporate Relations or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and interview processes.
• Comfortable communicating with HRs and hiring managers.
• Strong LinkedIn networking skills.
• Ability to work with targets and deliver measurable placement results.

Preferred

Experience in an EdTech, training institute, recruitment agency or placement department will be an advantage.

An existing network of HRs/recruiters and experience in corporate tie-ups will be highly preferred.
