Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with proven experience in delivering high-value construction projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost management, contract administration, and commercial oversight throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs)
• Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis
• Manage contracts, including preparation, review, and administration
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate terms
• Track project progress and handle variations/claims
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects
• Strong knowledge of cost control, contract management, and procurement
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel, cost estimation tools)
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Experience:

• UAE: 2 years (Preferred)
• Quantity Surveyor: 3 years (Preferred)
