Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, fully remote role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various data streams across our company's databases. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity and accuracy. You will play a crucial role in supporting the operational efficiency of our diverse business divisions.

Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter data from various sources into our company databases and computer systems.
* Review and verify data for errors, omissions, or discrepancies, correcting any inconsistencies to ensure accuracy.
* Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company and client information.
* Organise and maintain files and records, ensuring they are kept up-to-date.
* Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
* Prepare and sort source documents, identifying and interpreting data to be entered.
* Comply with data integrity and security policies.

Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar administrative role.
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a high level of attention to detail.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
* Superb organisational and time-management skills.
* The ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively in a remote environment.
* High school diploma or equivalent; further computer training or certification is an advantage.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
