عن الوظيفة
Ada Tech Institute is a KHDA-certified technology education centre for children aged 6–17. Since 2014 we've taught coding, AI, robotics, 3D modelling, game development, web development, electronics and animation — named after Ada Lovelace, built on the idea that Logic, Design, Creation and Intelligence belong together.
The Role
This is a sales-first role. Your single biggest measure of success is enrollments.
We generate the leads. You own what happens next — the follow-up, the trial class booking, the parent conversation, the close. Alongside this you'll keep the centre running smoothly day to day and contribute to the content we use to bring the next round of parents in.
If you like owning a number and seeing the direct result of your own work, you'll do well here.
What You'll Do-
Sales (primary)
- Convert warm, qualified leads provided by the institute into paid enrollments
- Own the full pipeline: first contact, follow-up, trial class booking, objection handling, close
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of every lead and every conversation in the CRM
- Follow up consistently — most enrollments come from the third, fourth and fifth touch, not the first
- Build genuine relationships with parents: understand what they want for their child and match it to the right programme
- Hit monthly enrollment targets and report progress clearly
Content & Marketing Support
- Contribute ideas and input for social media posts, WhatsApp broadcasts and parent-facing marketing material
- Help capture content at the centre — classroom moments, student projects, parent testimonials
- Feed back what parents are actually asking about so our messaging stays sharp
Admin & Operations
- Schedule trial classes and coordinate instructor availability
- Keep attendance records for both students and instructors
- Coordinate day-to-day operations so classes run without friction
- Support the Operations Head across daily activities
What We're Looking For-
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, telesales, or a sales-focused admin role
- Strong sales knowledge — you understand pipeline, follow-up discipline, objection handling and closing, and you can talk through your own process
- Hands-on CRM experience and the habit of keeping it clean
- Stakeholder management skills — comfortable dealing with parents, instructors and management
- Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage
- Living close to Dubai Knowledge Park (or willing to commute daily without issue)
- Organised, self-driven, and comfortable juggling sales targets with operational tasks
- Available to join immediately
- Genuine interest in education and working around children is a strong plus
Schedule
- 5-6 days a week: Wednesday to Sunday (Monday & Tuesday off)
- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working days during seasonal camps will be communicated in advance
Compensation
- AED 2,000 per month base salary against a monthly target of 11 enrollments
- AED 200 commission per enrollment on every enrollment above target — uncapped
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
