Key Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and work activities.
• Maintain and update calendars and scheduling records.
• Coordinate schedules and communicate schedule changes when necessary.
• Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and other routine communications.
• Enter and maintain scheduling information accurately.
• Monitor calendars for conflicts and help identify scheduling issues.
• Organize administrative information and documents.
• Respond to routine scheduling inquiries in a professional manner.
• Follow established procedures for scheduling and record keeping.
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Qualifications
