Position: Remote Live Chat Agent / Customer Support Assistant (US/CA Residents Only)

Job Summary:
Goldeagleauctions is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Live Chat Agent / Customer Support Assistant. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform. This is a remote position, available for both full-time and part-time hours.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:
- Must be a resident of the United States or Canada
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Location:
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the United States or Canada.

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience or related field is required.
