Utility Systems Operator

Role Overview:
Support daily operations of utility systems, ensuring reliable system performance, data flow, and communication between field devices and central platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor system performance and ensure continuous operations
• Troubleshoot connectivity, data, and system issues
• Coordinate with IT, engineering, and field teams
• Maintain logs, reports, and operational documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
• 4+ years in systems operations or similar environment
• Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills
