Webflow Designer

About the role Troopr Labs builds enterprise AI products trusted by companies like Netflix, Snowflake, Spotify, and 600+ enterprises worldwide. Our products help teams automate work with AI. As a Webflow Designer, you'll own how our brand shows up across our websites — building, maintaining, and scaling pages in Webflow while working closely with our product and marketing teams.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain pages in Webflow across our product websites and landing pages.
• Set up and manage Webflow CMS collections, interactions, and animations for marketing and product pages.
• Create marketing collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, blog graphics, social media creatives, and digital ad assets.
• Apply and extend our design system to ensure consistency across brand and web touchpoints.
• Translate rough briefs into polished, production-ready web pages with minimal supervision.
• Optimize pages for responsiveness, load speed, and basic on-page SEO.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to support launches and campaigns.

What we are looking for

• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Webflow — you've built and shipped real, live websites in it, not just familiar with the tool. This is a must-have.
• A portfolio showing shipped Webflow projects (live links preferred, not just mockups).
• Comfortable designing in Figma.
• A good eye for visual design, typography, and brand consistency.
• Ships work, then improves it. Speed matters here.

Nice to have

Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for custom Webflow interactions).

Experience with B2B or SaaS brands.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
