Senior Planning Community Solutions (SCS) is looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing Healthcare Enrollment team.If you enjoy making outbound calls, building relationships, overcoming objections, and closing opportunities, we'd love to hear from you. We provide qualified leads&mdash;you'll focus on converting them into enrollments while earning a competitive base salary plus commission.This is a full-time, in-office position in Lakewood, NJ, with opportunities for advancement into leadership and management as our team continues to grow.What You'll Do<ul><li>Make high-volume outbound sales calls to qualified leads</li><li>Build rapport and establish trust quickly over the phone</li><li>Educate prospective clients on healthcare enrollment programs</li><li>Overcome objections and confidently guide conversations toward enrollment</li><li>Follow up consistently to maximize conversions</li><li>Schedule consultations and enrollment appointments</li><li>Guide clients through the enrollment process from initial contact to completion</li><li>Maintain accurate CRM documentation</li><li>Meet or exceed daily outreach, enrollment, and performance goals</li></ul>What We're Looking ForRequired<ul><li>Previous outbound, inside, or phone sales experience</li><li>Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls</li><li>Proven ability to build rapport and close opportunities</li><li>Goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated by results</li><li>Strong follow-up skills and persistence</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Healthcare, insurance, or Medicare sales experience</li><li>Call center sales</li></ul>Healthcare experience is a plus, but strong sales experience is our top priority.
