What We Offer<ul><li>
Total Compensation: $75,000 &ndash; $118,000 annually (Base Salary + Incentive Bonuses)</li><li>
Incentive Bonus Model: Earn up to $2,500 extra per month &mdash; that&rsquo;s as much as $32,500 annually on top of your base salary</li><li>

About the Clinic
360 Physical Therapy &ndash; Edmond provides high-quality, outpatient orthopedic care in a modern and supportive setting. Services include post-operative rehabilitation, sports medicine, manual therapy, dry needling, balance training, TMJ therapy, and more. Our team is passionate about improving patients&rsquo; quality of life through evidence-based care and one-on-one attention.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans</li><li>
Deliver evidence-based care including exercise prescription and manual therapy</li><li>
Educate and motivate patients throughout their rehab journey</li><li>
Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure excellent outcomes</li><li>
Maintain accurate documentation with the support of our AI-powered technology</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree</li><li>
Current or pending Oklahoma Physical Therapy license</li><li>
Strong communication and teamwork skills</li><li>
Passion for patient-centered care; outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required</li></ul>
Schedule<ul><li>
Full-time or part-time options</li><li>
