We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Richardson, Texas, United States. This is a Full-Time position ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting the successful delivery of complex projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, contributing directly to 3M's legacy of innovation. Responsibilities  <ul><li>Support Project Managers in the development and execution of project plans, schedules, and budgets.</li><li>Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure seamless workflow and communication among team members.</li><li>Act as a central point of contact for all project stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and resolving queries.</li><li>Monitor and track project progress, identifying and escalating any potential issues or delays to the Project Manager.</li><li>Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.</li><li>Schedule and organize project meetings, ensuring all participants are well-informed and prepared.</li><li>Assist in managing project-related administrative tasks, such as procurement and resource allocation.</li><li>Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and adhere to company guidelines.</li></ul>Qualifications  <ul><li>Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative role within a project-based environment.</li><li>Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).</li><li>A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li><li>A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is desirable but not essential.</li><li>Experience working within a manufacturing, industrial, or technology-focused organization would be advantageous.</li></ul> Benefits  <ul><li>A competitive salary range of $45.00 - $75.00 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.</li><li>A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.</li><li>Generous pension scheme and retirement savings plans.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth, training, and career advancement within a global organization.</li><li>Access to employee wellness programs and resources.</li><li>A collaborative, inclusive, and innovative company culture that values curiosity and new ideas.</li></ul>
