Role Overview: Gerry&rsquo;s Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact, ensuring seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and effective execution of day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:1. Executive Support &amp; Calendar Management<ul><li>Manage and maintain the CEO&rsquo;s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and commitments.</li><li>Prioritize and coordinate engagements in line with business and operational priorities.</li><li>Prepare meeting agendas, briefs, and relevant documentation in advance.</li></ul>2. Communication &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and calls, and respond on behalf of the CEO when required.</li><li>Draft professional emails, letters, reports, and internal communications.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely information flow.</li></ul>3. Meeting Management &amp; Follow-Ups<ul><li>Arrange and coordinate meetings, including logistics, documentation, and minute-taking.</li><li>Track action points and ensure timely follow-ups with concerned teams.</li><li>Support in aligning cross-functional teams on key deliverables.</li></ul>4. Travel &amp; Administrative Logistics<ul><li>Plan and coordinate local and international travel, including visa processing, accommodation, and transportation.</li><li>Prepare detailed travel itineraries and manage expense documentation.</li></ul>5. Confidentiality &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion.</li><li>Maintain organized records of important business documents, reports, and correspondence.</li></ul>6. Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, senior management, clients, and partners.</li><li>Ensure professional representation of the CEO&rsquo;s office in all interactions.</li></ul>7. Operational &amp; Special Projects Support<ul><li>Assist in execution of special assignments, projects, and business initiatives.</li><li>Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.</li><li>Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing business activities.</li></ul>Requirements:Education:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>1-2 years of experience in executive support or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or service-oriented organization.</li></ul>Skill Set:<ul><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
