We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who loves building products and knows how to use Claude AI (and other AI tools) to develop faster without compromising code quality.You'll work on a mix of WordPress websites, React/Next.js applications, and Laravel/Node.js backends for international clients.What You'll Do<ul><li>Build and maintain WordPress websites.</li><li>Develop web applications using React.js / Next.js.</li><li>Build backend APIs using Laravel and/or Node.js.</li><li>Convert Figma designs into responsive interfaces.</li><li>Use Claude AI and modern AI tools to improve development speed.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers and designers.</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience with WordPress.</li><li>Experience with React.js and/or Next.js.</li><li>Experience with Laravel and/or Node.js.</li><li>Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Git skills.</li><li>Comfortable using Claude AI (or similar AI coding tools) in your daily workflow.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently.</li></ul>Bonus Skills<ul><li>Tailwind CSS</li><li>shadcn/ui</li><li>Zustand</li><li>React Query</li><li>WooCommerce</li><li>TypeScript</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have with WordPress?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have with React.js or Next.js?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have with Laravel or Node.js?</li><li>Which AI tools do you use regularly?
