Job Description:<ul><li>Maintain and update employee files (hard &amp; soft copies).</li><li>Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, warning letters, and HR correspondence.</li><li>Process employee onboarding and exit documentation.</li><li>Assist in payroll data preparation (attendance, leave records, overtime).</li><li>Maintain leave records and employee attendance reports.</li><li>Track expiry of passports, Iqamas, contracts, and insurance.</li><li>Support recruitment activities (shortlisting, scheduling interviews).</li><li>Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company policies.</li><li>Prepare HR reports as required by management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in HR/Admin</li><li>Strong knowledge of Saudi labour laws and government portals.</li><li>Experience dealing directly with government departments.</li><li>Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).</li><li>Good computer skills (MS Office, HRMS Systems).</li><li>Valid Saudi driving license.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Strong follow-up and coordination skills</li><li>Time management and organisation</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Confidentiality and professionalism</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li></ul>Required experience: 2 - 4 yearsResidence location: Saudi ArabiaMinimum education: Bachelor's degree / higher diplomaJob Type: Full-timePay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your age, gender, and nationality, and where are you currently residing?</li><li>What is your current or previous salary, along with any additional benefits?</li><li>Are you aware that we are offering a salary range of 5,000 to 6,000 SAR?
