Location: Englewood Cliffs, New JerseyAge of child: 1.5 years oldStart date: As soon as the right fit is foundGeneral schedule: Saturdays and Sundays from approximately 11am &ndash; 7pmThe Ideal Candidate:<ul><li>This position is ideal for a nanny seeking a steady, long-term weekend opportunity.</li><li>Significant experience working with infants and toddlers</li><li>Active, engaging, trustworthy, and dependable</li><li>Genuinely passionate about working with children and supporting their cognitive, physical, and emotional development</li><li>Structured and consistent with sleep and feeding routines</li><li>A strong communicator with both children and parents</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and highly organized</li><li>Encourages creativity, imagination, and a love of learning</li><li>Easygoing yet professional in demeanor</li><li>Neat, tidy, and attentive to hygiene</li><li>A confident swimmer is a plus (the family has a pool at their home)</li><li>Ability to drive is strongly preferred for commuting to and from the family&rsquo;s home</li></ul>Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):<ul><li>Actively engaging the child in fun, age-appropriate activities</li><li>Diapering and supporting healthy hygiene habits</li><li>Managing the child&rsquo;s sleep and feeding schedule</li><li>Child&rsquo;s laundry</li><li>Reading, indoor and outdoor play, and developmental engagement</li><li>Preparing meals for the child</li><li>Taking the child to activities</li><li>Keeping the child&rsquo;s room and shared spaces clean, organized, and tidy</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>4+ years of nanny experience with a similar age group</li><li>Legally authorized to work in the U.S</li><li>2&ndash;3 strong, relevant references</li><li>Active, energetic, and physically able to lift and carry the child</li><li>Vaccinated (TDAP, COVID, Flu)</li><li>CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to get it renewed)</li><li>Non-smoker</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits:<ul><li>$40.00 + per hour, depending on experience</li><li>Guaranteed 16 hours of pay each weekend</li><li>The family anticipates occasional weekends away or without childcare needs, offering the nanny regular paid downtime throughout the year in addition to guaranteed pay</li><li>Paid sick leave accrued in accordance with applicable New Jersey state sick leave laws</li></ul>Pay: From $40.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you available to work every weekend? </li><li>Are you fully Vaccinated (TDAP, COVID, Flu)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Toddler care: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>CPR Certification (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
