This includes ensuring compliance with specialized protocols such as:</li><li>Oil &amp; Gas: Industrial cleaning standards, hazardous material handling, and strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies .</li><li>Healthcare: Hospital-grade hygiene, infection control procedures, and sanitation standards for areas like wards, clinics, and operating rooms .</li><li>Staff Supervision &amp; Scheduling: Assign tasks, monitor performance, track attendance, and manage shift schedules for cleaning crews, ensuring optimal resource allocation . Support the onboarding and training of new staff on company SOPs, safety standards, and site-specific cleaning protocols .</li><li>Quality Control &amp; Compliance: Conduct routine site inspections to ensure cleaning standards meet client expectations and regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit detailed operational reports on service quality, staff performance, and incidents .</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience is required .</li><li>Essential: Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Coordinator, or Site Coordinator within the cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities management industry in Qatar.</li><li>Critical Requirement: Demonstrable experience coordinating cleaning services in both oil and gas and healthcare environments.
