We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment and HR operations.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition* Handle end-to-end recruitment for frontline and operational staff including:* Nursing Assistants* Caregivers* Housekeeping Staff* Kitchen Staff* Maintenance &amp; Support Staff* Build and maintain recruitment pipelines through:* Nursing colleges and training institutes* Housekeeping and staffing agencies* Job portals and local recruitment networks* Community and referral programs* Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.* Develop partnerships and tie-ups with nursing colleges, healthcare training centers, and manpower agencies to ensure a continuous talent supply.HR Operations &amp; Administration* Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.* Monitor staff attendance, leave management, and shift coordination.* Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.* Support payroll inputs and employee-related documentation.Training &amp; Employee Engagement* Coordinate orientation and training programs for new employees.* Track employee performance during probation periods.* Assist in organizing staff engagement and retention initiatives.* Promote a positive and professional work environment.Requirements* Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.* 2&ndash;5 years of HR and recruitment experience preferred.* Experience recruiting blue-collar, healthcare, hospitality, housekeeping, or operational staff is highly preferred.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to build relationships with colleges, agencies, and external partners.* Good organizational and administrative skills.* Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related documentation.Compensation &amp; Benefits* Competitive salary based on experience.* Meals provided during working hours.* Accommodation can be provided for candidates willing to stay on-site.* Opportunity to work in a growing healthcare and assisted living organization.How to ApplyInterested candidates may send their resume to:aayushkaliving@gmail.comPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
