Industry: Real Estate Location: Qatar Position Level: Mid-LevelRole SummaryThe Sales &amp; Leasing Lead is responsible for driving property sales and leasing performance across the company&rsquo;s residential and/or commercial portfolio in Qatar. The role combines hands-on client management with team coordination, lead conversion, market analysis, and relationship building.The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the Qatar real estate market, a proven sales record, and the ability to guide consultants toward achieving individual and departmental targets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead daily sales and leasing activities and support the team in achieving monthly and annual targets.</li><li>Manage property enquiries from initial contact through viewing, negotiation, documentation, and closing.</li><li>Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, corporate relationships, and property-owner engagement.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, investors, tenants, and prospective buyers.</li><li>Conduct property viewings and deliver professional presentations to clients.</li><li>Negotiate rental rates, sale prices, commissions, and commercial terms in the company&rsquo;s best interests.</li><li>Maintain an accurate pipeline of leads, viewings, offers, and transactions in the company&rsquo;s CRM.</li><li>Monitor market trends, rental rates, sales prices, supply, demand, and competitor activity across key areas of Qatar.</li><li>Secure new property listings and verify that listing details, prices, photographs, and availability are accurate.</li><li>Allocate leads fairly and follow up on the team&rsquo;s response times and conversion performance.</li><li>Build a team and train them on prospecting, client engagement, negotiation, and closing techniques.</li><li>Coordinate with marketing to promote priority listings and generate qualified leads.</li><li>Work with property management, finance, and administration teams to ensure smooth transaction completion.</li><li>Ensure all activities and documentation comply with company policies and applicable real estate requirements in Qatar.</li><li>Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management.</li><li>Support client issue resolution and maintain high standards of service throughout the transaction.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 3&ndash;5 years of relevant real estate sales or leasing experience.</li><li>At least 1 year of experience coordinating, mentoring, or supervising a sales team is preferred.</li><li>Previous experience in the Qatar or wider GCC real estate market is strongly preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated record of meeting sales or leasing targets.</li><li>Good understanding of residential and/or commercial property transactions.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems, property portals, and Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Valid QID &amp; Qatar driving license and access to a vehicle are preferred.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong sales, negotiation, and closing ability.</li><li>Effective leadership and team-coordination skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.</li><li>Commercial awareness and sound knowledge of the local property market.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.</li><li>Target-driven, proactive, and accountable approach.</li><li>Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.</li><li>Ability to work independently and under pressure.</li><li>Fluency in English is required; Arabic or another relevant language is an advantage.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators<ul><li>Achievement of team sales and leasing revenue targets.</li><li>Number and value of successfully closed transactions.</li><li>Lead-to-viewing and viewing-to-closing conversion rates.</li><li>Growth and quality of the active property-listing portfolio.</li><li>Lead response time and follow-up quality.</li><li>CRM accuracy and pipeline management.</li><li>Client satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.</li><li>Individual consultant performance and team development.</li><li>Compliance with documentation and company procedures.</li></ul>Employment PackageThe package may include:<ul><li>Competitive monthly salary.</li><li>Individual and/or team commission.</li><li>Performance-based incentives.</li><li>Medical insurance and other benefits in accordance with company policy and applicable Qatar requirements.</li></ul>Preferred Candidate ProfileA focused real estate professional who can both close transactions personally and improve team performance.
