<div><p>Manage and complete land acquisition &amp; handover to investors via carrying out pre-allocation site survey, site inspection, boundary demarcation, and handing over of the land to the customer in accordance to approved site plan and standards. This including investors in the industrial, commercial, Sdeira worker cities, in addition to public &amp; utility lands. Supervising the performing of site topographic to portray land shape and to cadastral surveys to improve accuracy of land measurements and maintain up-to-date land data bank, and to support planning of new projects. Plan and build-up geodetic control network reference necessary for completing the investors&rsquo; projects and for construction of infrastructure projects.</p></div>
<br><div><ul>Responsibilities: Build accurate geodetic control reference network, tied up to DMA network, necessary for planning and implementation of projects.<br>
Complete site visits for developers and investors to discover industrial cities and to see lands proposed to them.<br>
Demarcate &amp; stake-out land property limits for purpose of handing over to tenants, and to complete handing over process and issue demarcation certificate and site plan.<br>
Developing systems and facilitating operational procedures to achieve continuous improvement of cadastral services.<br>
Supervise and coordinate efforts of the survey team individuals of the out-source survey contractor for Abu Dhabi Ports (two contractors). In addition to control and receive &amp; approve related payment claims.<br>
Administer land property of Abu Dhabi Ports Group in an efficient way that ensures accurate measurements in the land bank and through efficient delivery of services that meets investors&rsquo; satisfaction<br>
Develop and promote workflow of processes, procedures, guidelines and forms in order to stimulate best business practices and standards<br>
Maintain accurate measurements for parcel boundaries and up-to-date database for Land bank, while ensuring smooth and timely handing over of land to tenants.<br>

Provide technical support to divisions and clusters including the Ports, Emirates Sdeira Real Estate Investment Group, and Engineering &amp; Technical Services.</li></ul></div>
<br><p></p><div><ul><li><p>Qualifications: Qualifications<br>
<br>
BSc. or PE in Surveying or equivalent, as minimum.<br>
7 years of experience in the surveying field.<br>
Work experience in at least of the Municipalities, Town Planning, dedicated surveying firms, Consulting and Contracting engineering companies in the different land surveying branches.<br>
<br>
Skills<br>
<br>
Ability to work as a one-person crew utilizing state-of-the-art survey instruments such as Total Stations and GPS.<br>
Good knowledge and experience in processing survey data collected from the field and doing necessary transformation using suitable software.<br>
<br>
 Good skills in using AutoCAD drafting software, knowledge of AutoCAD Map 3D and GIS software will be an advantage.</p></li></ul></div><p></p>

Senior Specialist - Survey & GIS

&bull; Manage projects costs, expenses and payments, ensuring accuracy and complaince with AD Ports Group policies, procedures and budget.<br>
&bull; Review vendor invoices and payments to be aligned with project milestones and contractual agreements.<br>
&bull; Supervise inventory control and fixed asset systems and processes to track project related costs, optimize stock levels, identify defective items, recommend disposals of fixed assets, and maintain accurate depreciation schedules.<br>
&bull; Track AD Ports Group financial risks, evaluate the feasibility of current mitigation plans and advise improvement strategies related to project payments and cost control.<br>
&bull; Provide guidance with regards to the process of tracking, controlling and disposal of fixed assets, materials, supplies.<br>
&bull; Lead periodical audits to verify the existance and condition of fixed assets, validate recording of necessary changes in the system and provide support to Auditors during district Fixed Asset audits.<br>
&bull; Instruct the disposal of absolete or surplus fixed assets in compliance with policies and regulations.<br>
&bull; Prepare regular reports, highlighting stock levels, turnover rates and valuation to the Director of Fixed Assets and Inventory Control.<br>
&bull; Supervise accurate reconciliation of inventory records with physical stock on hand.<br>
&bull; Administer the inventory record and assets procedure necessary to maintain AD Ports Group equipments while recomending updates for proper fixed asset management.<br>
People Management Responsibilites:<br>
&bull; Direct, manage and supervise the activities of assigned personnel in the Division. Perform supervisory functions and exercises authority as established by Management.<br>
&bull; Lead cross-functional team to streamline processes and implement best practices to drive operational excellence.<br>
Strategic Responsibilities:<br>
&bull; Lead the strategic planning, development, execution, and evaluation of all talent development and performance management programs and initiatives.</li></ul></div></div><p></p>
<br><p></p><div>Qualifications: Required Qualifications:<br>
<br>
&bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any relevant. Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus.<br>
&bull; Suitable qualification is essential such as but not limited to:<br>
o Certified Public Accountant (CPA),<br>
o Certified Management Accountant (CMA)<br>
o Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)<br>
o Certified in Financial Management (CFM)</div>
