You will play a critical role in keeping our daily operations running efficiently&mdash;supporting mechanics, maintaining work areas, and ensuring everything is ready for the next job.What You Will Do<ul><li>Support mechanics with tools, materials, and basic repair assistance</li><li>Perform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, and debris removal</li><li>Clean, wash, and maintain company vehicles to professional standards</li><li>Keep job sites, yards, and work areas clean, organized, and safe</li><li>Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment</li><li>Transport items between locations as needed</li><li>Execute daily tasks with speed, quality, and attention to detail</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE</li><li>Proactively report safety hazards, equipment issues, or risks</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong work ethic and reliability (this is non-negotiable)</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently</li><li>Team player with a positive, execution-focused mindset</li><li>Basic communication skills (English required, Spanish preferred)</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow within the company</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Entry-level opportunity</li><li>Experience in general labor, construction, landscaping, or maintenance is a plus&mdash;but not required</li></ul>About ACGACG is a fast-growing, family-driven company built on accountability, discipline, and results.We operate with speed and expect our team to take ownership of their role.
