</ul><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in software development projects.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.</li>
<li>Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Agile/Scrum, Jira, or Confluence.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, process modeling, and use case development.</li>
<li>Proficiency in creating clear and concise documentation, including requirements specifications and user stories.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Certification in business analysis, such as CBAP or PMI-PBA, is a plus.</li></ul></div>
