 Role Overview
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and performance of a large-scale electrical manufacturing business.
 
 
 The CFO will play a critical role in strengthening financial governance, driving profitability, and leading the company through IPO readiness and public listing preparation in Saudi Arabia.
 
 
 
 
 
 This role will work closely with the executive leadership team and will be instrumental in building a robust financial platform that meets regulatory, governance,
 
 
 and transparency requirements for the capital markets, while supporting operational excellence across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial functions.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Financial Strategy &amp; Leadership
 
 
 
 &bull; Develop and execute the company&rsquo;s financial strategy aligned with business objectives and IPO roadmap
 
 
 &bull; Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board
 
 
 &bull; Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
 
 
 
 
 
 
 IPO Readiness &amp; Capital Markets
 
 
 
 &bull; Lead the company&rsquo;s IPO readiness program, including financial restructuring, governance, and reporting enhancements
 
 
 &bull; Prepare the organization for compliance with Saudi capital market regulations and listing requirements
 
 
 &bull; Manage external advisors, including auditors, legal counsel, and investment banks
 
 
 &bull; Oversee the preparation of prospectus financial sections, historical financial statements, and investor materials
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Manufacturing &amp; Cost Control
 
 
 
 &bull; Oversee product costing, margin analysis, and cost optimization initiatives
 
 
 &bull; Drive financial discipline across manufacturing operations, procurement, and inventory management
 
 
 &bull; Monitor CAPEX planning and ROI for machinery, automation, and expansion projects
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Financial Operations &amp; Governance
 
 
 
 &bull; Manage accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, and internal controls
 
 
 &bull; Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and audit obligations
 
 
 &bull; Strengthen financial policies, procedures, and enterprise risk management frameworks
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Commercial &amp; Business Support
 
 
 
 &bull; Support pricing strategies, contract reviews, and commercial negotiations
 
 
 &bull; Provide financial insight for new product lines, capacity expansion, and market growth
 
 
 &bull; Lead financial due diligence for strategic partnerships or acquisitions
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Candidate Profile:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 
 
 &bull; Minimum 15+ years of progressive finance experience
 
 
 &bull; At least 7&ndash;10 years in a senior finance leadership role (CFO / Finance Director / VP Finance)
 
 
 &bull; Strong background in electrical manufacturing or industrial manufacturing
 
 
 &bull; Demonstrated experience in IPO readiness or pre-IPO transformation, preferably within Saudi Arabia or GCC
 
 
 &bull; Proven track record in manufacturing finance, costing, and inventory control
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Technical Skills:
 
 
 
 &bull; Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial controls
 
 
 &bull; Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures (BOM, WIP, overhead allocation)
 
 
 &bull; Experience with ERP systems and financial transformation initiatives
 
 
 &bull; Familiarity with capital market reporting standards and governance requirements
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
 
 
 &bull; Professional qualification preferred (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent)
 
 
 &bull;
 
 MBA is a plus
