 . This role will play a critical part in ensuring organizational sustainability, compliance with local and international regulations, and embedding best practices in governance and enterprise risk management.

 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop, update, and implement corporate governance policies and frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor regulatory changes and ensure policies remain aligned with local and international standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead compliance programs, address non-compliance cases, and manage relationships with regulatory bodies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and oversee an enterprise-wide risk management framework (ERM), including identifying, classifying, and mitigating risks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report regularly to executive management and relevant committees on governance, compliance, and risk.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and mentor the team, driving a culture of accountability and compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote awareness through internal training and workshops.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience
 
 in governance, compliance, or risk management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Saudi regulations (e.g., Central Bank, CMA, Ministry of Commerce) and relevant international standards (COSO, ISO 31000, Basel).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and policy development skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 High integrity, strong decision-making abilities, and excellent communication skills.
 </li>
 </ul>
