ACTS, Qatar is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Draftsman cum QPRO Permit coordinator to support project teams in managing Qatar Permit to Work (QPRO) applications and preparing technical drawings. The role requires expertise in coordinating with authorities, ensuring compliance with QPRO regulations, and producing accurate CAD drawings for construction.Drafting / Design Support:<ul><li>Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD or relevant software.</li><li>Review and revise drawings based on project specifications and consultant/client feedback.</li><li>Maintain drawing registers and ensure proper documentation control.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers to develop an efficient drawing.</li></ul>Permit Coordination (QPRO):<ul><li>Prepare, submit, and track QPRO permit applications for construction and fit-out works.</li><li>Liaise with authorities, consultants, and clients to ensure timely approval of permits.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all QPRO requirements, safety standards, and legal obligations.</li><li>Maintain an updated record of permits, approvals, renewals, and expiries.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and HSE teams for permit-related requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in QPRO permit coordination within Qatar is mandatory.</li><li>Strong knowledge of local regulations, standards, and approval procedures.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and other drafting software.</li><li>At least with 4 years of experience in Qatar</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills in English</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.</li><li>Immediate Joiner</li><li>Must hold a valid QID and able to transfer his sponsorship.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to QAR5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Draftsman cum QPRO Permit Coordinator

Perform topographic and as-built surveysDevelop survey plans, methods, and procedures for conducting legal surveysVerify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.Prepare or supervise the preparation and compilation of all data, plans, charts, records and documents related to surveys of real property boundariesCoordinate findings with the engineers, clients, and others concerned with the projects.Adjust surveying instruments in order to maintain their accuracy.Establish fixed points for use in making maps, using geodetic and engineering instruments.Determine longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas,Report on survey results and present findings to clientsQualification and RequirementsA diploma in Civil Engineering or an advanced degree in Land Surveying is a must.Minimum 3 years of work experience in the same role with roads and highways Company.Awareness of surveying technologies like (digital mapping, GPS, laser measuring system and CAD programs),Tech-savvy, including familiarity with CAD softwareApplication Question(s):<ul><li>This is for 2 months temporary (extendable if needed)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Topographic Surveyor or the same field: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Topographic Surveyor

<ul><li>Prepare the BOQ, tender documents, and cost estimates.</li><li>Managing the project budgets, including forecasting and monitoring costs.</li><li>Keep the record of contracts, LPO, and agreements. Maintain the legal documents of the clients.</li><li>Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts.</li><li>Able to work well within a team-based environment.</li><li>Communicate regularly with project staff and specialist subcontractors about payment and issue a payment certificate.</li><li>Good command of written and spoken English</li><li>Dynamic &amp; Can do&rsquo; attitude to work.</li><li>Candidates available in Qatar with minimum of 4 years of experience.and Ready to join immediately can apply</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to QAR4,500.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Quantity surveyor: 4 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
