QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all cost-related aspects of construction projects, ensuring financial efficiency, contract compliance, and accurate project reporting.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from drawings and specifications</li><li>Prepare tender and contract documents</li><li>Analyze quotations and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors</li><li>Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flow throughout project execution</li><li>Prepare progress valuations, variation orders, and payment certificates</li><li>Evaluate subcontractor claims and final accounts</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients regarding commercial matters</li><li>Conduct site visits to verify work progress and measurements</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for contracts, variations, and cost records</li><li>Assist in procurement and material cost analysis</li><li>Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and company procedures</li><li>Prepare monthly cost reports and project financial updates</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field</li><li>Minimum [5] years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects</li><li>Strong knowledge of quantity surveying practices, estimation, and cost control</li><li>Experience in preparing BOQ, tendering, and contract administration</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software</li><li>Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications</li><li>Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience working in Qatar or GCC countries</li><li>Knowledge of FIDIC contracts is an advantage</li><li>Valid QID and transferable visa preferred</li></ul>Job Details:<ul><li>Position: Quantity Surveyor</li><li>Location: Doha, Qatar</li><li>Employment Type: Full-Time</li><li>Salary: Competitive salary package based on experience</li></ul>Pay: QAR6,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
