Applicants must therefore have the unrestricted right to work in the UK.The RoleAs Supply Chain &amp; Logistics Coordinator / Graduate Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our operations and fulfilment processes.Reporting to the Inventory Planning Lead, you will work closely with suppliers, distributors, key accounts, and internal teams to ensure efficient order processing, accurate shipping documentation, and excellent customer service.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and has strong organisational and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain &amp; Logistics<ul><li>Create commercial invoices and shipping documentation</li><li>Coordinate shipping quotes, dispatch information, and tracking updates</li><li>Manage delivery bookings for key accounts</li><li>Produce carton labels and shipping paperwork for warehouse operations</li><li>Support the smooth movement of stock and customer orders</li><li>Manage the end-to-end dispatch process for US sales orders, ensuring accurate processing and on-time delivery</li><li>Liaise with freight partners, distributors, and internal teams to resolve shipping or delivery issues efficiently</li></ul>Sales &amp; Customer Support<ul><li>Process key account and US customer sales orders accurately and efficiently</li><li>Liaise with distributors and key accounts regarding orders, deliveries, and product queries</li><li>Coordinate customer sample requests</li><li>Organise stock for UK and US show kits</li><li>Complete key account product forms and new line submissions</li><li>Provide timely support for customer enquiries and operational requests</li></ul>Systems &amp; Administration<ul><li>Create and maintain component and product records across internal systems</li><li>Ensure inventory and product data are accurate and up to date</li><li>Support operational reporting and general administrative tasks</li><li>Assist with ad hoc projects to support the wider Operations and Sales teams</li></ul>About YouWe are looking for someone highly organised, enthusiastic, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word</li><li>Demonstrable experience coordinating tasks, projects, customers, inventory, logistics, events, or administrative processes gained through employment, internships, placements, university projects, student leadership roles, or part-time work</li><li>Understanding of supply chain, logistics, inventory, retail operations, or business processes</li><li>Interest in supply chain, logistics, operations, retail, or inventory management</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple deadlines</li><li>Confident working with systems, data, and administrative processes</li><li>Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset</li><li>Naturally inquisitive with strong problem-solving abilities</li></ul>Ideal BackgroundWe welcome applications from recent graduates in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, Retail Management, or related disciplines.We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:<ul><li>Strong organisational and administrative skills</li><li>Experience managing competing priorities and deadlines</li><li>Confidence using spreadsheets and analysing data</li><li>Experience gained through internships, placements, part-time employment, university projects, student societies, volunteering, or customer-facing roles</li><li>A genuine interest in supply chain, logistics, operations, or inventory management</li></ul>Why Join Aery?<ul><li>Be part of a growing, sustainability-focused brand</li><li>Work within a supportive and collaborative team</li><li>Opportunity to develop across operations and logistics</li><li>Varied role with real responsibility and progression opportunities</li><li>1 day a week work from home considered following 1 month induction/training</li></ul>This is a hands-on role within a successful brand, offering the opportunity to build experience across supply chain, logistics, and operations within a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
