Purpose
 
We are seeking an experienced QHSE Supervisor who will be responsible to ensure that
Aggreko&rsquo;s Egypt operations comply with company and local health, safety, and environmental regulations and who provides the Egypt Management with a platform to manage QHSE effectively. 
 
<div>What you&rsquo;ll do
 
<ul><li>Conduct regular QHSE audits at the Depots and Project sites and ensure actions from QHSE audits are closed in a timely and effective manner.
</li><li>Provide Projects Team with HSE support during commissioning of new projects and demobilization of off-hired projects.
</li><li>Collate HSE statistics for monthly reporting for Egypt .
</li><li>Maintains all AIP QHSE documentation e.g. Standard Work instructions, service manual, HSE standards, and calibration records.
</li><li>Ensure adherence to Aggreko&rsquo;s HSE Standards in Egypt sites and depots and compliance to local legislative requirements on HSE.
</li><li>Identify and evaluate local training organizations which are able to carry out effective EH&amp;S training for the site employees and, where necessary, site contractors.
</li><li>Provide QHSE induction to new starters and existing employees.
</li></ul>- Coordinate, evaluate and record fire drills. - Ensure all location equipment provided for purposes of EH&amp;S and emergencies is regularly checked, adequately maintained and is fit for purpose. Coordinate testing of lifting equipment and ensure all test certificates are held on site and are valid.
 
<ul><li>Assist the Location Manager in carrying out risk assessment of various activities carried out at the location
</li><li>Conduct and ensure timely comprehensive accident/incident investigations are carried out.
</li><li>Communicate Aggreko EH&amp;S instructions to employees and arrange EH&amp;S training programs. Identifying and implementing improvements on an ongoing basis in conjunction with other HSE functions.

<ul><li>Egyptian national (mandatory).
</li><li>Degree in a technical field or management.
</li><li>Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in a QHSE role with an international organisation. And proficiency in QHSE management systems and digital reporting tools.
</li><li>NEBOSH International General Certificate or other equivalent internationally accredited HSE qualification.
</li><li>Fluent in Arabic and English (oral and written).
</li><li>Willing to travel extensively within Egypt and, if required, regionally.
</li><li>Communication &ndash; Recognising that clear, culturally sensitive communication is key to understanding and compliance.
</li><li>Leading others &ndash; Providing clarity, direction, and motivation.

We are seeking a Project Engineer in Saudi Arabia who will provide on&#8209;site team leadership and resolve complex challenges using established processes.

</li></ul>What you&rsquo;ll do:
<ul><li>Act as a single point of contact for the duration of the project and clearly communicate project expectations to all relevant stakeholders.
</li><li>Liaise with client&rsquo;s technical staff and visit potential job sites, as required, to verify project needs.
</li><li>Deliver projects to specification, within agreed timelines and to budget.
</li><li>Works closely with SME&rsquo;s, Project Design team and Sales team to ensure that project application design is accurate and fit for purpose according to customer requirements.
</li><li>Provides ongoing support to the Regional Project Engineering teams and builds local project engineering capability in conjunction with the Regional Heads of Operations.
</li><li>Manages the incoming workload of project sales enquiries
</li><li>Manages the application design and associated workload for all complex enquiries.
</li><li>Provides Engineering advice to the Commercial team on the technical component of bids.
</li><li>Ensures the adherence of all project designs to the relevant quality, safety, environmental and legalisation standards.
</li><li>Works closely with the Regional Engineering teams in development and implementation of Best Engineering Practices and Procedures for the Global Applications Engineering Group.
</li><li>Displays a commitment to Orange Excellence initiatives
</li><li>Analysis of client system load profiles and electrical plant characteristics to determine sizing of power generation packages.
</li><li>Analysis and interpretation of electrical drawings to determine parameters for safe and efficient connection of power packages to customers&rsquo; electrical distribution systems.
</li><li>Compilation of engineering design reports for submission to clients and management.
</li><li>Design and specification of &lsquo;specialist&rsquo; equipment.

</li></ul>You&rsquo;ll have the following skills and experience:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (BEng) or equivalent; MEng advantageous.
</li><li>Minimum 5 years&rsquo; engineering experience, including on&#8209;site operations and people management.
</li><li>Strong technical background in electrical distribution systems, generator operation, fault diagnosis, testing and commissioning procedures.
</li><li>Experience supporting major events, entertainment or television broadcast projects, including hands&#8209;on use of event power/distribution equipment.
</li><li>Proven track record of working within and promoting a robust Health, Safety &amp; Environment (HSE) culture.
</li><li>Confident supervising and directly managing small&#8209;to&#8209;medium on&#8209;site teams.
</li><li>Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
</li><li>Basic ability in Auto CAD LT would be an advantage
