Cross-border bank payments</b> are one of fintech's least glamorous and most unforgiving problems &mdash; a maze of <b>protocols (EBICS, SWIFT, Editran, banking APIs), formats (ISO 20022, CFONB)</b>, and banks that all do things their own way. We're looking for a PM who finds that exciting rather than exhausting. You'll own the strategy, dig deep into what <b>8,000+ international mid-market clients</b> actually need, and turn that complexity into payment infrastructure efficient.</p>
<p><b>
You'll own payment strategy end to end</b> &mdash; from how money actually moves across borders to the commercial terms we negotiate directly with banks. Your job is to design what bank payments look like at Agicap on an international scope, and you'll have the mandate to do it.</p></div>

<li><b>Set quarterly business and product objectives </b>for your squad (in collaboration with the CEO, CPO, and CTO)</li>
<li><b>Build your squad's product roadmap</b> based on Agicap's strategic objectives</li>
<li>Own the quality and delivery timelines of the features your squad ships &mdash; we love an <b>MVP approach</b></li>

<li>Product or pre-sales experience with corporate-to-bank channels: EBICS, SWIFT (corporate side: FileAct, gpi), H2H, corporate banking APIs</li>
<li>Payment and reporting formats: ISO 20022 (pain / camt), CFONB, ideally MT</li>
<li>Understanding of VOP challenges (Verification of Payee, 2026&ndash;2027 compliance) and the ISO 20022 migration</li>
<li>Ability to engage with treasurers / CFOs on the client side and Cash Management teams on the bank side</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Nice-to-have</b></p>

<li>Knowledge of local specifics (CBI in Italy, FedNow/Fedwire/ACH in the US, DACH region)</li>
<li>Exposure to cash management platforms or TMS (Kyriba, Sage XRT, Trovata, Datalog&hellip;)</li>
