 What Will Your Day Look Like?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Extracting, cleansing &amp; structuring consumer data from internal &amp; external sources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting the development &amp; maintenance of dashboards &amp; recurring reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
 </li>
 <li>
 Curating &amp; organizing syndicated &amp; corporate data sources, including retail panel data, household panel data &amp; brand health tracking studies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing presentation materials &amp; data visualizations to support insights delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting with ad-hoc data requests &amp; reporting needs across the Consumer Insights &amp; Analytics team.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 By maintaining strong data foundations &amp; streamlining insights delivery, this role supports the VoC Analytics Lead &amp; wider team in driving smarter, faster &amp; more consumer-focused decisions.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 How Will You Make An Impact?

 Data Management &amp; Quality
 
 : Extract, cleanse &amp; organize consumer data from internal &amp; external sources to create reliable datasets for analytics &amp; reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Data Visualization &amp; Insights Communication
 
 : Design, develop &amp; maintain visually compelling dashboards &amp; reports using tools such as Power BI &amp; Tableau to present insights in a clear, actionable manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Dashboard &amp; Reporting Development
 
 : Automate &amp; optimize recurring reports, ensuring stakeholders have timely access to critical Voice of Customer (VoC) insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Insights Delivery &amp; Analysis
 
 : Analyze VoC data to identify trends, patterns &amp; anomalies, supporting smarter &amp; more consumer-centric decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaboration &amp; Support
 
 : Partner with the VoC Analytics Lead &amp; cross-functional teams to align data visualization &amp; reporting solutions with evolving business needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Process Improvement
 
 : Enhance the efficiency of data pipelines &amp; visualization workflows to accelerate insights delivery &amp; reduce manual reporting effort.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Education
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Data Science &amp; Analytics.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 At least 2 years in data analytics, business intelligence or consumer insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Power BI, Tableau &amp; basic SQL/Excel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in data cleaning, transformation &amp; dashboard/report creation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English &amp; Arabic is mandatory
 </li>
