<div>About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented mechanical engineer to join our on-site hardware team. You will play a key role in the design, prototyping, and optimization of mechanical components and systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to market. 
What will be your responsibilities?
<ul><li>Design and develop mechanical parts, assemblies, and products using CAD software (NX Siemens is preferred).</li><li>
Conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) analysis for prototypes and production.</li><li>
Support the prototyping phase using 3D printing, CNC, and other fabrication methods.</li><li>
Collaborate with the product design and electronics team to ensure seamless integration.</li><li>
Prepare detailed drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.</li><li>
Perform tolerance analysis, material selection, and stress/thermal calculations where needed.</li><li>
Liaise with suppliers and vendors for part sourcing and manufacturing.</li><li>
Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and continuous product improvements.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and reliability standards.</li></ul> 
What are we looking for, and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.</li><li>
2 years of relevant work experience in product design and development.</li><li>
Proficiency in CAD tools (NX Siemens is preferred).</li><li>
Understanding of manufacturing processes (injection moulding, compression moulding, sheet metal, machining, 3D printing).</li><li>
Basic knowledge of FEA/CFD simulations (preferred).</li><li>
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.</li><li>
Eye for detail, good communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul>

Hardware Mechanical Design Associate

<div>About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Software QA Engineer to join our team. Your primary role will be to assist with the creation and execution of automated and manual test cases for our software applications. You will work closely with our development and product teams to ensure the quality of our software products. 
What will be your responsibilities?
<ul><li>Validate AI/ML model outputs against ground-truth data, test cases and business requirements.</li><li>
Evaluate the correctness, relevance, fairness, and consistency of model predictions.</li><li>
Design test cases to handle exceptions, edge cases, and out-of-distribution data.</li><li>
Monitor latency, throughput, and memory usage of AI pipelines.</li><li>
Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with engineering teams to optimize performance.</li><li>
Conduct stress, load, and scalability testing for deployed AI systems.</li><li>
Develop manual and automated test suites for AI workflows, APIs, and endpoints.</li><li>
Test system resilience to invalid inputs, adversarial samples, and API failures.</li><li>
Ensure fallback mechanisms and graceful error handling are in place.</li><li>
Work closely with ML engineers, data scientists, and product managers to refine testing requirements.</li><li>
Document test cases, test results, and known limitations of models.</li>
Report quality metrics and purpose.

<ul><li>Bachelor's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.</li><li>
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with testing frameworks (PyTest, unit test).</li><li>
6 months to 2 years of experience as an AI QA Engineer, ML/AI Tester.</li><li>
Experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.).</li><li>
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Solid knowledge of SQL and working experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).</li><li>
Familiar with evaluation matrices for AI modelling techniques.</li></ul>

Junior SQA Engineer - AI

<div>About the Role:
The Facilities Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of all building systems, ensuring smooth functioning and minimal downtime. The role involves supervising daily activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with vendors and contractors for specialized services.
What will be your responsibilities?
As a Facilities Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
<ul><li>Supervise and monitor the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, including VRF systems.</li><li>
Oversee maintenance of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, ensuring timely inspections and repairs.</li><li>
Ensure optimal functioning of gensets and other power backup systems.</li><li>
Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.</li><li>
Maintain records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs.</li><li>
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair and service requirements.</li><li>
Supervise housekeeping, security, and other hard facilities support services as needed.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.</li><li>
Respond to emergencies and provide quick resolutions to facility-related issues.</li><li>
Prepare reports on maintenance activities and energy usage for management review.</li></ul>
What are we looking for, and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?
<ul><li>Proven experience in facilities management with strong knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).</li><li>
Hands-on expertise in HVAC operations, VRF systems, and genset maintenance.</li><li>
Ability to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across all building systems.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of hard facilities management, including firefighting systems, lifts/elevators, and water supply systems.</li><li>
Experience in managing BMS (Building Management Systems) for monitoring and controlling facility operations.</li><li>
Skilled in energy management and optimization to reduce utility costs and improve efficiency.</li><li>
Experience in supervising maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.</li><li>
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.</li><li>
Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements for commercial facilities.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills for maintaining maintenance logs, reports, and inventory records.</li><li>
Capacity to manage multiple sites/floors and respond quickly to urgent facility needs.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external vendors.</li><li>
Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure and ensure smooth daily operations.</li><li>
