<div>About the Role:
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Associate to join our team at AIO. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating both digital and on-premises design assets for restaurants. From social media posts and digital menus to printed flyers and in-store branding, your designs will help restaurants stand out and connect with their audience. You'll also work on developing brand books and pitch decks that communicate value in a clear, creative, and strategic way. 
What will be your responsibilities?
<ul><li>Design engaging and on-brand graphics for restaurants, including social media content, digital menus, and marketing assets.</li><li>
Create print-ready designs for on-premises materials like posters, table tents, standees, and packaging.</li><li>
Develop brand books that define visual identity and design guidelines for restaurant clients.</li><li>
Design visually compelling pitch decks to support client presentations.</li><li>
Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.</li><li>
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.</li></ul>
What are we looking for and what does it need to be the right fit for this role?
<ul><li>Proven experience as a graphic designer.</li><li>
Strong portfolio covering digital, print, branding, and presentations.</li><li>
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).</li><li>
Good eye for detail, layout, typography, and colour.</li><li>
Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.</li><li>
Basic understanding of content strategy and brand building.</li></ul> 
 
Preferred:
<ul><li>Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).</li><li>
Familiarity with storytelling through design.</li></ul>

Creative Associate

<div>Position Title: Systems &amp; Operations Manager
Location: Islamabad (Onsite)
About the Role:
AIO runs on a set of internally built systems &mdash; HubSpot workflows, a Claude-powered Inventory Management System, a custom internal reporting tool, and a growing set of operational automations. These systems are the connective tissue between sales, support, billing, and engineering. They need an owner.
As Systems &amp; Operations Manager, you will own, maintain, and improve these platforms. This is a technical role with a strong operational lens: you need to understand how the business works in order to build the systems that make it run better.
What will your responsibilities be?
HubSpot Architecture &amp; Maintenance
<ul><li>Own HubSpot as the system of record for AIO's customer-facing operations: marketing, sales, billing, support, and Jira escalation workflows
 </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain and improve the existing workflow architecture &mdash; understanding what each workflow does, why it was built, and how it fits the broader process
 </li></ul><ul><li>Build new workflows and reporting capabilities as AIO's processes evolve
 </li></ul><ul><li>Serve as the internal HubSpot expert and the first escalation point for workflow issues across teams
</li></ul>Claude-Powered Internal Tools
<ul><li>Maintain and improve the Inventory Management System built on Claude &mdash; including infrastructure on Vercel and GitHub
 </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain and improve the internal Hub Reporting tool also built on Claude
 </li></ul><ul><li>Build new AI-assisted operational tools as the business identifies new needs
 </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure reliability, uptime, and documentation for all internally built systems
</li></ul>Process Digitization &amp; Workflow Automation
<ul><li>Translate operational processes into structured, system-enforced workflows &mdash; reducing manual handoffs and human error
 </li></ul><ul><li>Work cross-functionally with the US operations team, sales, and support to identify friction points and build tooling that removes them
</li></ul><ul><li>Document all systems, workflows, and integrations so that institutional knowledge is captured and transferable
</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Data Visibility
<ul><li>Build and maintain reporting dashboards in HubSpot and internal tools that give leadership real-time visibility into team capacity, deployment SLAs, and customer health
 </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure data integrity across systems &mdash; proactively identifying and resolving inconsistencies between HubSpot, inventory tools, and other platforms</li></ul>
What are we looking for and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?
<ul><li>3+ years experience in a systems, operations, or technical operations role
</li></ul><ul><li>Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience &mdash; workflows, pipelines, reporting, and integrations. This is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have
</li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated experience building with AI tools, ideally including Claude, OpenAI, or similar LLM APIs</li></ul>
<ul><li>Comfort with Vercel, GitHub, and modern web deployment infrastructure
</li></ul><ul><li>A systems thinker who can look at a manual process and see a better-automated version of it
</li></ul><ul><li>Strong documentation discipline &mdash; you leave things better documented than you found them
</li></ul><ul><li>Able to work effectively with a US-based operations team across time zones
</li></ul><ul><li>Restaurant industry or hospitality tech context is a plus but not required</li></ul>
What this is not
This is not a pure engineering role, and it is not a traditional business analyst role. It sits deliberately between the two. You need to be technical enough to build and maintain production systems, and operationally literate enough to understand the business problems those systems are solving.

<div>About the Role:
As a Senior Product Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the product lifecycle from ideation to execution and scaling. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to build and deliver products that cater to B2B customers, including staff, business owners, and employees. 
 
What will be your responsibilities?
<ul><li>Own the full product lifecycle from 0 to 1 and scaling from 1 to 100.
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
</li><li>Build intuitive B2B software and hardware products for staff, employees, and business owners.
</li><li>Define product strategy using user feedback, research, and data-driven insights.
</li><li>Drive the development of AI-powered features by working closely with AI and ML engineers.
</li><li>Translate AI capabilities (like LLMs or predictive models) into seamless user experiences and real business value. 
</li></ul>What are we looking for, and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?
<ul><li>3&ndash;4 years in product management, ideally in fast-growth startups.
</li><li>Proven track record of leading successful B2B product initiatives.
</li><li>Strategic thinker with strong mentorship and leadership skills.
</li><li>Deep experience with market research, roadmap planning &amp; analytics.
</li><li>Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to work with technical AI teams.
</li><li>Bonus: Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or building AI-assisted user flows.

</li><li>Educational background in technology, engineering, or business-related fields.
