<div>About the Role:
As we expand our AIO restaurant hardware lineup, we're looking for a creative and passionate Junior Industrial Designer who's eager to learn, curious to explore, and ready to contribute to real products. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career designer to contribute to the entire product journey from a sketch on paper to a manufactured product, in a collaborative, innovative-driven environment.
You'll work directly with the Senior Industrial Designer and collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers. The role centers on building multiple new hardware products from scratch, contributing to research, concept development, prototyping, 3D visualization, and usability testing. This is a paid internship. 
What will your responsibilities be?
<ul><li>Conduct user research to understand the US restaurant market and help translate insights into design direction.
</li><li>Create compelling sketches, renderings, and 3D models to communicate design intent.
</li><li>Build and test prototypes for form exploration, feature validation, and ergonomics.
</li><li>Assist in running usability studies and documenting insights for iteration.
</li><li>Research materials and finishes to explore Color, Material, and Finish (CMF).
</li><li>Create photorealistic 3D visualization renders
</li><li>Maintain organized design files, research summaries and CAD versions
</li><li>Collaborate with mechanical and engineering teams to evolve concepts into functional part designs.</li></ul> 
What are we looking for and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?
<ul><li>Degree in Industrial Design.
</li><li>Strong sketching and visual communication
</li><li>Proficiency in CAD (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, NX, Rhino, etc.).
</li><li>Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
</li><li>Ability to produce photorealistic renders (KeyShot).
</li><li>Ability to create refined prototypes using diverse materials
</li><li>Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and materials

Industrial Design Intern

<div>About the Role:
The Product Growth Specialist plays a critical role in scaling AIO's product adoption, improving product experience, and bridging communication between the support team, customers, and product/software. This role requires deep product understanding, strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to coach and uplift the support team.
What will be your responsibilities?
Support Team &amp; Quality Improvement
<ul><li>Train support team members on AIO modules (Order &amp; Pay, Staff, Inventory, Marketing, Office). 
</li><li>
Develop training material, SOPs, and quick-reference guides. 
</li><li>
Conduct weekly training sessions on communication, issue diagnosis, product updates, and best practices. 
</li><li>
Monitor ticket quality and ensure responses follow AIO standards. 
</li><li>
Implement skill-gap assessments and training plans.</li></ul>
Customer Issue Diagnosis &amp; Resolution
<ul><li>Act as an escalation point for complex or recurring issues.</li><li>
Perform root-cause analysis and document recurring problems.</li><li>
Collaborate with product/software to resolve high-impact bugs.</li><li>
Ensure timely communication with restaurants and internal teams.</li><li>
Track resolution SLAs and maintain detailed case logs.</li></ul>
Product Utilization &amp; Customer Success
<ul><li>Audit restaurants weekly to monitor module utilization.</li><li>
Identify under-utilized features and create activation plans.</li><li>
Conduct walkthroughs, product demos, and training for clients as needed.</li><li>
Collect user feedback and convert it into clear insights for product enhancements.</li><li>
Track customer health scores and recommend proactive interventions.</li></ul>
Growth &amp; Feature Adoption
<ul><li>Increase adoption of key AIO features across all clients.</li><li>
Plan and execute growth experiments (tutorials).</li><li>
Monitor product analytics to identify adoption gaps.</li><li>
Build processes for continuous product improvement.</li>
</ul>Supervision of POCs (Point of Contact Team)
<ul><li>Supervise and guide POCs to ensure restaurants are supported effectively.</li><li>
Provide feedback on communication, follow-ups, and relationship management.</li><li>
Help POCs escalate issues properly and catch patterns early.</li></ul>
Documentation &amp; Reporting
<ul><li>Maintain detailed weekly reports on:</li>

Product Growth Specialist

<div>About the Role:
As a Python Developer - AI at AIO, you will play a key role in building and scaling our AI-powered backend systems. You will be responsible for developing high-performance FastAPI services, integrating LLMs into live production environments, and ensuring seamless collaboration across AI, front-end, and DevOps teams. This role will involve designing secure and scalable microservices, managing databases with SQLAlchemy, and applying best practices in testing, performance, and cloud deployment. You'll also contribute to the optimization of AI model deployments, monitor system health in production, and help shape innovative solutions that drive real business value for our customers in the US restaurant industry. 
What will be your responsibilities?
<ul><li>Design and develop high-performance FastAPI services using asynchronous patterns and clean architecture principles.</li><li>
Implement and maintain both microservice-based and monolithic applications as per module complexity and scalability needs.</li><li>
Integrate AI/LLM models with live backend systems to automate and optimize restaurant operations.</li><li>
Experience with backend distributed asynchronous processing through frameworks like Celery</li><li>
Build and manage database schemas using SQLAlchemy, ensuring consistency, speed, and security.</li><li>
Collaborate with AI, front-end, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth E2E system flows.</li><li>

Python Developer

AIO is a fast-paced technology start-up seeking to disrupt the US restaurant industry with a range of technology and AI-based solutions. We require a dynamic individual familiar with technology startups or equipped to work in fast-paced environments with short deadlines. As part of AIO's legal department, the Legal Counsel will work on a range of commercial matters in the technology and restaurant industry, such as commercial transactions, commercial contracts, data privacy, intellectual property, and funding. 
What will be your responsibilities?
<ul><li>Drafting, reviewing, vetting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and documents in connection with services, intellectual property, data privacy and funding</li><li>
Assisting, drafting, and filing patent applications with the USPTO.</li><li>
Conducting legal research on, and staying up to date with, existing and new laws in the US pertaining to data privacy, AI, consumer protection, funding, tax, labour, intellectual property, etc.</li><li>
Providing legal support to all departments of the Company on US and Pakistani laws.</li><li>
Coordinating the execution of agreements and legal documents with colleagues and counter parties.</li></ul> 
What are we looking for, and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?
<ul><li>Holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from an accredited institution. Master's in law, admission to the New York Bar or California Bar will be preferred.</li><li>
3-5 years PQE with a fast-paced legal environment, either at a renowned law firm or in-house at a technology company.</li><li>
Knowledge and understanding of US procedural and substantive laws.</li></ul>
