Description:

The successful candidate will function as a Field Engineer with the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Missile Defense System out of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). You will perform field &amp; sustainment level maintenance type support under the THAAD Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) program. As a THAAD CLS member, you will support the lifecycle sustainment of THAAD associated hardware belonging to the UAE, under the THAAD program. The candidate will provide advice, assistance, on-the-job training, and instruction to users on the operation and maintenance of equipment and in the resolution of maintenance, integration, troubleshooting and supply problems. The candidate will aid the customer in the operation and maintenance of the THAAD Fire Control &amp; Communication (TFCC) Systems and THAAD Launching Station in accordance with established Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs), Technical Manuals (TMs), policies, procedures, and processes. The candidate will be a member of a support team and will perform all duties under direct supervision and cross-train to gain proficiency working with other elements of the THAAD system.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provides field and sustainment level maintenance support to UAE THAAD Fire Units.</li><li>
Supports the customer in managing and monitoring the maintenance and sustainment program to include scheduling services, system upgrades, and modifications.</li><li>
Performs all maintenance actions and troubleshooting procedures that are above the level of the Enhanced Operator/Maintainers (EOM) to include but not limited to: Software, hardware, interconnecting cabling, electrical system, and networks.</li><li>
Creates, updates, and completes Maintenance Actions (MA) within allotted time allocated.</li><li>
Demonstrates proficiency in reading and comprehending electrical and mechanical drawings. 
Ability to collect, package, and deliver system data files from the TFCC and Launchers.</li><li>
Performs Packaging, Handling, Storage &amp; Transportation (PHS&amp;T) in support of UAE THAAD Battery sustainment operations.</li><li>
Supports the maintenance and calibration of all special tools and equipment.</li><li>
Supports peculiar support equipment inspections and testing for corrosion issues.</li><li>
Provide guidance and assistance to support the mitigation and prevention of corrosion on the UAE tactical system.</li><li>
Supports Missile Prevention and Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) and conduct annual maintenance on all missile rounds in the UAE.</li><li>
Maintains Liquid Propellant Accident Response Team (LPART) suits and equipment.</li><li>
Supports movements of Missile Rounds on tactical sites to include the constitution and de-constitution of Missile Round Pallets (MRP).</li><li>
The ability to work in an austere environment with limited western amenities.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>3-5 years technician experience with field &amp; sustainment operations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs.</li><li>
U.S citizenship.</li><li>

Must possess an active security clearance SECRET level or higher.</li><li>
Must pass a background check to include criminal and credit.</li><li>

Five Rivers Services is looking for a Service Desk Administrator located at Camp Buehring, Kuwait. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today! 
Our Service Desk Administrator provides front-line customer service desk support, responsible for responding to and resolving computer, printer, and network issues. Customers contact the Service desk in-person, by phone, using Remedy and/or by sending emails. This position involves a high degree of quick decision making and detailed task management to ensure all work orders not resolved at the Service Desk are immediately assigned to the appropriate IT groups. Excellent customer service skills are mandatory.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Primary support and interface with site Information Management Officers (IMO) to ensure all Service Desk resources are utilized in the most efficient manner</li><li>
Assists the IMO with daily functions of computer, network and software management for the site and all users</li><li>
Provides immediate response to all customers who come to the Service Desk Person-to-person interaction involves troubleshooting, information exchange and help with ticket submission and issues</li><li>
Provides telephone customer support for incoming and follow up calls used for initial troubleshooting</li><li>
May be required to work for 12-hour shifts utilizing Remedy call management software and other tools, to log and manage trouble tickets</li><li>
Must have the technical ability to accurately determine call routing for trouble tickets that cannot be resolved immediately at the Service Desk</li><li>
Troubleshoots Microsoft OS issues on Army Gold Master/Universal Gold Master along with setup and Microsoft Office 2007</li><li>
Troubleshoots all other site authorized software with IMOs and users</li><li>
Creates logon and email accounts using Microsoft Exchange Server and User Manager</li><li>
Manages Network Services with Server Manager, Print Queue Management and CISCO VMPS Administration</li><li>
Works within a small continuous improvement focused team</li><li>
Tracks and documents work performed to allow accurate reporting of all Service Desk activities</li><li>

Qualifications:
