 , you will provide strategic and technical leadership for systems supporting OMNI business functions, including Manhattan Active OMNI (MAO and SCI), Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Payments, Finance, Legal, and HR. This role partners with business leaders to set priorities, deliver complex projects, and drive process and IT transformation. You will develop organizational capabilities, including offshore teams, and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture to achieve common goals.

 Technical Strategy &amp; Product Roadmap

 Define and implement the technical strategy and architectural vision for software development and engineering functions.

 Essential Skills &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 10+ years of total experience in IT, 8+ years in Supply Chain Systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience with Omnichannel transformation, business process improvement, automation, project/program management, Agile development, and cloud migration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in SaaS solutions, order management systems (e.g., Manhattan Active OMNI), and warehouse management solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated success leading offshore teams and influencing cross-functional teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple workflows, and apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>

We are seeking an Arabic speaking SAP Hybris Developer to join us in Dubai , UAE.
