   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related discipline.
  </li>
  <li>
   New graduate or up to 5 years of experience in supply chain planning.

   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively.
  </li>

   Coordinate with suppliers to improve delivery performance and material availability.

Job Purpose</b></h2>

This role will help develop and drive the strategy with in the OEM Market; and work with other Functions deliver needed support. This is to include working with the Sales team to identify and secure OEM opportunities. Job Responsibilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Work closely with the Commercial Management Team to develop a strategy to grow sales in the OEM market.</li>
<li>Communicate the strategic needs to other functions in the business (R&amp;D, Supply, Logistics, Tender&hellip;)</li>
<li>Work with Sales Managers to identify key targets within their regions and provide support to local sales reps to develop these opportunities.</li>
<li>Works closely with Marketing to perform continuous market research to help identify suitable target opportunities.</li>
<li>Maintains professional relationships with strategic accounts within the dedicated region.</li>
<li>Maintains a healthy pipeline for strategic growth.</li>
<li>Applies agreed sales strategies towards selected key prospects; negotiates terms and conditions of contracts.</li>
<li>Manages relationships with existing strategic customers and mobilizes mutual profitability growth.</li>
<li>Plans, monitors, participates in, and reports on the execution of sales activities conducted with regard to designated customers.</li>
<li>Assesses the validity of the requested investment projects, prepares and submits relevant documentation for approvals.</li>
<li>Promotes positive company image and develops long-term relations with assigned accounts by participating in customer events.</li>
<li>Regularly calls on assigned existing and potential customers to maintain close contact with the marketplace.</li>
<li>Cascade information to designated customers on the features and benefits of available products/services.</li>
<li>Delivers periodical business reviews and actively participates in the development of business growth and sales support plans for designated customers.</li>
<li>Rolls out regional sales programs (including sales process-related knowledge/tools).</li>

<li>Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a results-oriented mentality and drive to win. Excellent writing, IT presentations, public speaking and one-to-one negotiations skills</li>
<li>Strong project management skills</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills - communicate effectively with all customer levels (business owners, purchasing personnel, engineering, product users, and internally at all levels).</li>
<li>Ability to travel over 50% of the time and work a flexible work schedule.</li>
<li>Must be able to participate in and complete a qualitative and quantitative respirator fit test, and use a respirator as required.</li>
