Hiring &ndash; Maintenance AccountantWe are seeking a qualified and experienced Maintenance Accountant / Property Maintenance Coordinator to oversee all aspects of property maintenance job orders, maintenance-related accounting activities, petty cash handling, supplier coordination, maintenance inspections, and reporting.The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of general accounting principles, ERP system-based accounting, and maintenance operations within the real estate or construction sector. The candidate should demonstrate integrity, professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong desire for career growth.Job ResponsibilitiesProperty Maintenance<ul><li>Review and monitor maintenance contracts.</li><li>Review and sign job orders.</li><li>Track job order progress and completion.</li><li>Prepare monthly maintenance reports.</li><li>Prepare maintenance inspection reports.</li><li>Handle maintenance petty cash accounts.</li><li>Coordinate and manage suppliers and service providers.</li></ul>Project &amp; Job Cost Accounting<ul><li>Record maintenance-related petty cash transactions.</li><li>Record supplier invoices in the accounting system.</li><li>Prepare and review payment vouchers.</li><li>Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Record maintenance income receipts.</li><li>Prepare property maintenance cost reports.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for all transactions.</li></ul>Other Responsibilities<ul><li>Release cheques to suppliers.</li><li>Review and follow up AMC contracts.</li><li>Perform other accounting-related tasks assigned by management.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Accounting or Finance.</li><li>ACCA / CPA / CMA qualification preferred.</li><li>5&ndash;10 years of accounting experience including GCC/Qatar experience.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years experience in construction or real estate sector.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction accounting.</li><li>Experience in ERP accounting systems.</li><li>Strong Microsoft Excel skills.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Strong communication skills.</li><li>Ability to read and speak Arabic and English.</li><li>Real estate experience preferred.</li><li>Procurement and supplier handling experience is an advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of regulatory compliance.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Valid QID with NOC preferred.</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates may send their CV to: s.khan@aldarproperties.qa WhatsApp: 33432511Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Work Location: In person
