Job description:Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and facilitating all official documentation and interactions with government authorities. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of local regulations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and process official documents such as residency permits, work visas, and renewals.</li><li>Act as a liaison between the company and government entities, including the Ministry of Interior, labor departments, and immigration offices.</li><li>Ensure all legal documentation is submitted accurately and on time.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date records of employee visas, permits, and government-related documentation.</li><li>Advise management on legal requirements and changes to local regulations.</li><li>Support HR and administration teams in handling employee-related official matters.</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination for the issuance of business and trade licenses.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in a similar role within Qatar.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Qatari immigration, labor laws, and government procedures.</li><li>Valid QID with NOC.</li><li>Valid Qatari driving license.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to join immediately.</li></ul>How to Apply: If you meet the above qualifications and are ready to join immediately, please send your updated CV to s.khan@aldarproperties.qa.Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-time
