Job description:Job Title: Customer Care Executive &ndash; Maintenance Department Location: Bin Mahmoud Doha Qatar Company: Al Dar Properties &ndash; Real Estate Division Job Type: Full-time Availability: Immediate Joiners PreferredJob Description: We are a leading real estate company seeking a Customer Care Executive for our Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service by handling maintenance-related inquiries, complaints, and service requests from tenants .Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Respond to customer calls, emails, and messages regarding maintenance issues.</li><li>Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule service requests and follow up on job completion.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of service requests and customer interactions.</li><li>Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve them in a timely manner.</li><li>Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their requests.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly reports for the management.</li><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a Customer Care role, preferably within real estate or maintenance services.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure.</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).</li><li>Valid QID and NOC (preferred for local candidates).</li></ul>How to Apply: If you meet the above qualifications and are ready to join immediately, please send your updated CV to s.khan@aldarproperties.qa.Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-time
