Mechanical Supervisor<ul><li>Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience as Mechanical Supervisor (MEP Experience-high-rise buildings)</li><li>Valid QID</li><li>Immediate Joiner</li></ul>Job Purpose:<ul><li>To supervise the works as executed by the various resource teams, ensuring compliance with all HSE, QA</li><li>and productivity related targets. Supervise and follow up the overall work and interacting with site general</li><li>foreman, charge-hands and labor group members to ensure smooth running of tasks at job sites</li><li>throughout the work period. Responsible to supervise several skilled teams of resources to ensure</li><li>maximum productivity at minimum cost and of highest quality whilst carried out in a safe manner</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>To supervise the works as executed by the various resource teams, ensuring compliance with all HSE, QA and productivity related targets.</li><li>Monitor day to day site activities and ensure project activities are carried out as per plan.</li><li>Handle the assignments delegated by Site Engineer.</li><li>Identification, review, correction of non-conforming products.</li><li>Prepare material procurement as per shop drawing schedules.</li><li>Determine manpower requirement and histogram.</li><li>Prepare material and labor requirement estimates along with site engineer.</li><li>Ensure workers have correct PPE for all Project locations as required for the work being done.</li><li>Identify material, equipment and manpower requirements to complete the project work on time.</li><li>Assist Site Engineer to prepare daily reports and weekly reports.</li><li>Responsible to achieve progress at site. Submit highlighted drawings to site engineer/ QAQC to submit work inspections.</li><li>Project Stage Design and build, Record with management for rework and ensure highlighted drawings based on site installation.</li><li>Maintain machinery and tools in good condition.</li><li>Keep the project site neat and tidy.</li><li>Monitor to ensure all employees workers follow safety rules and regulations at project site.</li><li>Handle other assignments as assigned by the Site Engineer.</li><li>Ensure workers use the correct tools and equipment for the work being carried out.</li><li>Understand fully all of the specifications/drawing documents and maintain up-to-date registers where appropriate.</li></ul>Reports Generated:<ul><li>Weekly Programme</li><li>Productivity reports in junction with Site Engineers Reports</li><li>Labor/ Machinery Review</li><li>Permanent Material Schedule/ Material Request from Store</li><li>Highlighted Drawings / Redline Drawings (for work inspection)</li></ul>Reports Received:<ul><li>Updates on Contracts Programme</li><li>Miscellaneous Approvals Relating to Permanent Materials</li><li>Delivery Schedules</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeWork Location: In person
