Receptionist Cum Secretary - Female Arabic NationalityLocation: Dubai, UAEWe are looking for a highly organized and professional Female Arabic National (French Speaking) to join our real estate office as a Receptionist Cum Secretary. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and welcome all visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.</li><li>Answer and screen incoming phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person.</li><li>Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and professional at all times.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings,</li><li>Provide administrative and clerical support to the real estate team.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages.</li><li>Maintain and update contact lists and databases.</li><li>Assist Legal Team to type Contracts</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Only Female Arabic National.</li><li>Proven experience as a receptionist or Secretary, preferably within the real estate industry.</li><li>Arabic &amp; English Typing Skill is Must</li><li>Mandate UAE Experience at least 3-4 Years</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic, French and English.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>A professional and positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>If you are a dynamic and detail-oriented individual who meets the above criteria, please send your CV to HR - Al Ghurair Asset Management &lt;hr@alghurair-am.com&gt;.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
