<ul><li>Manage and oversee all warehouse and store operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, issuance, and distribution of materials, tools, equipment, and spare parts.</li><li>Develop, implement, and maintain effective inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock records and minimize inventory discrepancies.</li><li>Lead, supervise, and evaluate store personnel, assigning duties and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.</li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and coordinate with the Procurement Department to ensure timely availability of materials and services.</li><li>Review and approve purchase requisitions and coordinate procurement planning to maintain optimum inventory levels while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.</li><li>Monitor stock movements and conduct regular inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and annual stock audits.</li><li>Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately recorded and maintained within the company's ERP or computerized inventory management system.</li><li>Analyze inventory trends and forecast future stock requirements based on operational demands and historical consumption.</li><li>Develop strategies to optimize inventory turnover, reduce carrying costs, and improve warehouse efficiency.</li><li>Ensure all incoming materials comply with purchase specifications, quality standards, and supporting documentation before acceptance.</li><li>Monitor and control aging, slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory, recommending appropriate disposal or utilization strategies.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of invoices, delivery notes, goods receipts, stock transfers, and other inventory-related documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with Finance to ensure proper inventory valuation, VAT documentation, and reconciliation of inventory accounts.</li><li>Prepare periodic inventory, warehouse performance, and stock valuation reports for senior management.</li><li>Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve inventory accuracy.</li><li>Develop, review, and implement store procedures and operational policies to improve efficiency and internal controls.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, health, safety, and environmental requirements within all store facilities.</li><li>Respond promptly to operational inquiries regarding stock availability, inventory status, and material requirements.</li><li>Support internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory records and documentation.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost reduction within warehouse and inventory operations.</li><li>Perform any other duties assigned by management related to warehouse, inventory, logistics, and materials management.</li></ul><p>Has to be in bahrain</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
