As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to strengthen the company&rsquo;s brand presence and drive growth in the GCC perfume and luxury market. Your key responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Designing and implementing marketing campaigns for perfumes and luxury products</li></ul><ul><li>Managing brand positioning, product launches, and promotional activities</li></ul><ul><li>Conducting market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities</li></ul><ul><li>Building relationships with key partners, retailers, and distributors</li></ul><ul><li>Overseeing digital marketing and social media campaigns</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals</li></ul><ul><li>Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on ROI</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of proven marketing experience in perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury products within the GCC</li></ul><ul><li>Fluency in Arabic &amp; English (written and spoken)</li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of GCC market dynamics and consumer preferences</li></ul><ul><li>Creativity, strong communication, and leadership skills</li></ul><ul><li>Passion for perfumes and luxury brands</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
