We are looking for a highly skilled IT Support Specialist with strong technical expertise in IT systems, networks, CCTV, and SIRA-related operations. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent IT-related bachelor&rsquo;s degree, and have hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure, security systems, and surveillance equipment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide daily IT support across the company including desktops, laptops, printers, and software applications.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, access points, and network security systems.</li><li>Manage CCTV systems including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, NVR/DVR handling, and monitoring performance.</li><li>Handle all network camera setups, IP configuration, recording backups, and regular maintenance.</li><li>Perform network cabling, fiber/UTP cabling, patching, labeling, and cable management.</li><li>Manage and maintain servers, backup systems, firewalls, and IT security protocols.</li><li>Handle SIRA-related tasks including CCTV compliance, security system checks, and coordination with SIRA requirements.</li><li>Install and manage biometric access control systems, attendance systems, and door access devices.</li><li>Regularly monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth business operations.</li><li>Maintain documentation of IT assets, network diagrams, and technical reports.</li><li>Support users with hardware/software issues and provide training when required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT-related bachelor&rsquo;s degree (mandatory).</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of proven experience in IT support, networks, and CCTV systems.</li><li>Strong knowledge of network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).</li><li>Experience in CCTV installation, network cameras, and NVR/DVR management.</li><li>Experience with cabling, network layout, and cable management.</li><li>Knowledge of SIRA standards and previous SIRA-related work (preferred).</li><li>Understanding of server administration, backup solutions, and IT security.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>SIRA certification or experience with SIRA inspections.</li><li>Experience with access control and biometric systems.</li><li>Basic knowledge of VoIP phones and PBX systems.</li><li>Knowledge of cloud services and virtualization (optional but beneficial).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED2,000.00 per month
