We are seeking a skilled Flutter Mobile Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile app development using Flutter and Dart, with hands-on experience integrating APIs, managing app states, and delivering performant, visually appealing, and responsive mobile experiences.Candidates with 5+ years of experience in mobile development (including international experience) or 2 years of experience in the UAE are welcome to apply.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and build advanced cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android.</li><li>Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern, clean, and user-friendly interfaces.</li><li>Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party services.</li><li>Manage app state using frameworks such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.</li><li>Optimize app performance and ensure smooth animations, responsiveness, and stability.</li><li>Implement push notifications, background services, and in-app messaging.</li><li>Handle app deployment to App Store and Google Play including signing, versioning, and release management.</li><li>Troubleshoot and debug application issues, crashes, and performance bottlenecks.</li><li>Collaborate with backend developers for seamless data integration using APIs.</li><li>Implement security and data protection best practices in mobile apps.</li><li>Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.</li></ul>Technical Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart (minimum 2+ years of experience).</li><li>Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus.</li><li>Experience using Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Push Notifications).</li><li>Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, and JSON data handling.</li><li>Knowledge of state management tools (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX).</li><li>Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).</li><li>Knowledge of Clean Architecture (MVVM/MVC) and SOLID principles.</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, App Store / Play Store deployment, and version control.</li><li>Understanding of responsive UI, animations, and custom widgets.</li><li>Basic understanding of mobile security, data encryption, and secure storage.</li><li>Experience integrating APIs and handling offline data with SQLite or Hive.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Strong portfolio of Flutter apps published on the App Store or Google Play.</li><li>Experience working with Oracle, MySQL, or Firebase Realtime Database backends.</li><li>Knowledge of cloud services integration (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).</li><li>Understanding of mobile app lifecycle management and performance profiling tools.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul><li>Strong communication and teamwork abilities.</li><li>Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about mobile technology.</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>5 years total experience in mobile app development.</li><li>2 years (or fresh) experience in the UAE acceptable.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED2,500.00 per month
